It was my bad experience to stayed at surya Rose Resort Kasauli. On my friend recommend we stayed there for one night.
The room was avialble at cheap price .But the reciptionist was so rude.The staff was so so. They didn’t provide the service and support as we were expected.
The room was Small in size and there was lots of mosquitos . we had to sprayed hit . The was avialble but the picture quality was low due to weak signal of dish tv or cable.
The extetnal view of hotel was very attractive .it was mind bolwing nature view in the evening.At night they served food. The food represtation was not so good.the quality and quantity was also low.I couldn’t sleep there cimfertably.It was bad expetience of my life to stayed there.
