After paying full money in advance, gave driver without details where to go, booked cheapest hotels through OYO, rooms without linen, no money to driver to pay for toll and food, forced us to give with promise to return, harassed us tremendously with excuses to refund, finally when we told them that we will lodge police complain, then returned, now fighting for 25% refund for sub-standard service provided, very rude especially Raju who calls & abuses and said go ahead and complain.
Suggestion to unsuspecting customers, please please please don’t book any tours through this company, you will suffer & will have most unpleasant tour of your life like me and my family had.
