Recently bought a four-burner Prestige glass hobtop in Delhi. Since then I have lost all my trust on TTK prestige products and on top of that pathetic customer service.
I would strongly advise not to buy this product as its auto-ignition is faulty and within a day of its installation it started creating a problem and repeated calls to service center didn’t help.
Service center executives quoted different service charges for installation of hobtop while the agency told us the installation is free. When the Agency intervened the Service engineer installed it for free.
Also, note that after purchase we got to know that this Hobtop is primarily made for LPG gas users and not for Pipeline gas users. After n no. of complaints a service engineer came and replaced some parts in all burners. Since then two of my burners stopped working and then they wanted to replace the ignition wire as well. I insisted on getting a product replacement but they never agreed.
So, in a nutshell, I have brought trouble at a cost of app. Rs.11000 and am absolutely frustrated with this decision. I would advise not to buy this product and save yourself a big hassle. I tried reaching up to their senior management with quality concerns but nothing works there.
