I own Suzuki Hayate bike and am using it for over 3 years now.
Fuel consumption has never gone down from the Day 1 with minor variation of+/- 2 to 5 km per ltr. On an average I run my bike 55 to 60 kms / litre. and with crowded city conditions I feel this is the best I can get where I often have to drive in 2 or 3 gear or even 1st at times.
Comfort zone for this bike is a real comfort. With pillion or without, it’s always comfortable even for long drives. Till now the longest drive I had was of 360 kms one way and nothing can be better to judge the comfort of the drive.
With that said it is obvious that this bike is very reliable in nature else one would not boast of going on long drive even after using for 3 years now. Never ever even once this bike broke down half the way.
Handling this bike is very easy and in 3 years I have hardly spent 2000 INR for its maintenance and repairs(not considering regular servicing and oil change etc.)
Looks are good in it’s segment. after all this is not Hayabuza!
All this nice words about the vehicle is only possible as I took care of my bike servicing every two months and regular oil change and maintaining correct air pressure in tyres.
All in all It is good value for hard earned money!
