I’m a pharmacy graduate, looking for a job!! I found this consultancy during my job search and went to them for a job. They told me that they could provide me 3 interviews if I get registered with them for Rs.1000. So, I got registered. But all they could do is just get me to some walk-in that’s posted in the news paper and not in the pharma sector but in a medical coding company.
They don’t guarantee you the job but you will be getting the job only through your own effort and you need to pay them 2 months salary. Everything they said till here is fine. And before attending the interview, they would call you for certificate verification but what they actually do is keep your original certificates with them. And if you could clear the interview, they don’t even get any info unless you say them.That’s the mistake I did here!! telling them that I cleared it :( and their attitude changed as soon as i let them know that i got the job!!
They started blackmailing me. I never said them that i’m not going to pay them the money but don’t know what happened to them, they started calling me and started speaking rudely. They have my certificates with them but don’t know why they felt so insecure.They really did nothing regarding that but still i never refused to pay them, but the way they spoke with me felt really bad. They just showed me some walk in that’s just posted in a news paper.
My mistake was believing them when they called me for certificate verification but what they actually meant was to take the originals. So just be careful when you go to such consultancies and the way they spoke before getting registered was completely different from what they spoke after taking the certificates. I just felt like I’m screwed up going to this consultancy.
