Symphony is a trusted brand in coolers. I also like the symphony coolers and I also trust on symphony. I buyed this symphony 22 jumbo Jr. Air cooler, it’s serial number is SY56ZXC0 and in first month it is working very good but few days later the issues starts with it, it’s cooling pads were become full of dust and the speed of motor also decreased, I called the customer care service for this problem and they said the voltage coming in your home is very low, so I checked my electricity meter the voltage in my house 240 volt and they, are saying voltage in your home is very low. I think the main problem is with their motor which they used and from previous days it starts to produce a lot of sound and starts making vibrations and it also not giving cool air. It’s price is also very high according to its features. Thank you.
