So I basically purchased this product last month and I had so many expectations thats I am buying an branded Air fan but after using continuous for one month I can see soo many problems in this product.
The spmphony air cooler is not at durable and the material used in very cheap quality I bought this for around 22999rs and its just as sam as that which we can buy of a local shop for around 9999rs max.
The cooling is average and not at all very good According to the price of the product.
The company provides us 1 year warranty buy its services is worst regarding the cooling issue when called them up for complaint first they where not picking up call then like after calling them 20times they picked and simply said that they can’t help the customer in cooling problem.
The product should be worth around 10000rs max its definately over priced and not at worth.
At last I will like to suggest all the customer looking forward to buy this product to not waste there money and go for any other brands other than smyphony.
