We purchased the symphony diet 22i three years back.living in a hot and dry zone.it provides me with sufficient cooling for a small room.as this model of symphony coolers has only one net(honeycomb) it is not able to provide Ac like or desert cooler like cooling.but its power is what astonishes.the amount of air it throws is mind blowing.also it has many different functions like swing mode(horizontal).timer mode(upto 7 hrs) and three different speed modes.a remote control is also dedicated for all the functions.power consumption is also good.as it is provided a 5 star electricity saver.
Although the cooler is very durable.3 years.still not even 1 problem encountered with it.so dont know about the customer service of symphony.
Overall For At a Price Range For Rs 7000/- this Product is not that value for money as we can buy some other big sized coolers with less functions.
