Symphony 70 Strom 70 TTower is a cooler which I saw in my local market. The design of the cooler was very good. and I think it was the only cause why I bought this cooler. And today I am going to share my personal experience of this cooler with you guys.
Is cooling performance was average. And the product of this price is not so high and besides it is a Chinese product so I didn’t expect much more. The main problem I was having with this cooler was it was making a lot of noise first when I bought it it was ok but as day past the noise start to become louder. So I called the companies authorise the service centre for the service near me.
Came to my house and repair the product they took 800 rupees for that but it was a temporary fix I realised it within two weeks as the problem started again. And I called theservice centre this time they said they don’t have the parts to fix it is not available in the market so they have to call for the parts and the promises they will fix it with. But it doesn’t happen I called them three or four times but every time they say the parts haven’t arrived. What kind of service centre is it The company doesn’t provide a good service to their product. It was my fault I will never buy any Chinese product in my life. And now I have thrown it in my store room. If you buy this product I think you have to also do it .
