I purchased symphony air cooler from a electronic store by paying 14200 rupees. I am using symphony air cooler since 2015. Symphony provides 1 year warranty for this air cooler but you have to take it to their service center for repair because they do not provides onsite repair facility for their air coolers. This air cooler sounds like a ceiling fan and water holding capacity pf this air cooler is great it holds more than 10 litres of water and cooling capacity of this air cooler is so bad compared to its price. You can buy a air conditioner by adding more 10000 rupees. Price of this air cooler is so high.
