I ordered and got a Ninja I aircooler recently

  1. Received product in a bad condition, there are visible gaps in the lower tank area. The product works, since I do not have time to return and wait for a replacement now, so continuing without a choice.(The cooling is ok, I wont complain on this because the temperature is really too high nearing 40 and this is expected)

  2. Remote is good(really good, works in almost any direction with the console), but I feel no need of this because you mostly have to be in its close vicinity to benefit from cool air, so better can go for the Ninja model without remote.

  3. Product Registration: The instructions say that one should register product before 10 days,

1) Yesterday I tried to register the product from their website, and landed in a error page,


2) then downloaded a Symphony App(Android), this did not work either


3) Sent an SMS in the format they specified, however received no confirmation message back.


4) So finally called the customer care, they dont seem to understand my query at all. Finally they said they will send a technician to our home(Technician to do product registraion?!?)

  1. And finally this is one is heights of frustration: I wanted to send them an email of my problem, when I click Email link on Contact page, it opens a nice pop up window, but the TO Email address is not filled? Where to find their email address? I don’t know, If anyone succeeded in finding this one, please let me know.
