Hello friends, I had decided to buy a cooler in this summer season to get relief from the scorching heat. I bought Symphony Cooler one month ago and thought this cooler would be very good in performance but sadly I was wrong.
Service & Support: The cooler was not running properly and was making so much noise, so I reported my problem to the company and requested them to fix this problem. They didn’t respond to my complaint earlier. I repeatedly filed my complaint 4-5 times, then they responded to my complaint and took my cooler to their service center. After 7 days, they returned my cooler and said that they have fixed the problem but as soon as I turned it on, I encountered the same problem about which I complained to them. Their service is very poor and I was very disappointed with their service.
Cooling and Sound: This cooler is not very effective in cooling and its performance is quite ordinary. It is very loud and it is also consuming a high amount of electricity. It is louder than the ceiling fans and also less efficient than them in terms of cooling. It’s just a waste of product.
Reliability & Satisfaction: It is not reliable at all as it started having problems in its functioning just after 7 days of usage. I am highly disappointed and frustrated from its performance and I am not satisfied with the performance of this cooler.
Value for Money: This cooler is not good in performance and it is not reliable too so there is no benefit in buying this cooler and it is just a waste of money.
I would not recommend this cooler to anyone as it is very poor in performance and quality.
