Symphony is chinese company and there coolers are not working in india as they are made according to china geo climate conditon and also made up plastic which get hot fastly in summer so I prefer dont buy this and other coolers which are made up of plastic like babaj, kenstar etc as there cost is to high than iron desert cooler I recommend to buy iron desert only as they give very good cooling than plastic coolers and easy to maintence.
