Guys,
I used this cooler from 2014.
Built Quality - this is too good in built quality.
Because it is too campact and made from high quality materials.
Symphony always gave importance to build their products using good quality materials.
Space - Symphoney diet is not using too much space it is a stand fan.
You can easily use this without hanging this cooler out of your window.
You can easily use this by installing it on your room.
Cooler comes with four wheel you can easily move this from one room to your hall or another room, where you want to use this.
Cooling- Cooling is good but this is only for one person.
Because its flow of air is not good and Symphony claims that this is usefull for 10x10 room.
But this not for a room this is use full for only one person.
Water Management - company claims that water storage of this cooler is enough for one night but It is not enough for one night.
If you want to use this for night then you have to prepare for refill it’s tank in midnight.
If you use this without water than its is too bad because when you use this without water then its pump got damaged.
Because I lost my cooler using without water.
Customer Care -
You can easily register your any problem by calling their customer care.
They are too good on phone call support.
But When engineer came from symphoney then I realized that engineer who came from Symphony is a local electrician.
He don’t even know how to open properly.
He clean my cooler from internal part and then my cooler start working.
Engineer charged mee 300 because my cooler was out of warranty.
So gave him and when I plug my cooler in night.
When I am going to sleep but again Cooler was not working.
So you can imagine about its service quality.
After that I packes this cooler and stored in my store room.
Electricity uses - In this area it is good while you compare this from any cooler available in market.
Lastly I can say please go for it if you need this only for night.
Then it’s good.
