I purchased this product from a local store. Service is good, if you register complaint online. Register your cooler online with in a week after buying.
It is very useful product for small rooms. But don’t expect too much on it, Because it’s just cooler not AC. Always use chilled/ice water for better result. It is working very efficiently. It actually cools down your room temperature. The cooling capability is good for the cooler.
There will be no problem, It just like other coolers.
But I feel quite high priced for it’s performance.
