Very Poor services from Tata Croma Store, Gurgaon

I bought Symphony R/Cooler Diet 50i from Croma Store at Sector-29, Gurgaon on 16 May’15 against invoice no. 006171 and bill no. SLF02A120020012324. Product was delivered on 17 May’15 and I found it damaged after opening the product. I made the complaint(Service request BON170515FS00041 and SR17051500175) with customer care service team within an hour of product delivery. I was assured to replace the product within 24 hours, but nobody turned up to pick and replace the damaged product. I called up the Croma customer service center on 19 May again to get the status of the request but they have closed the SR17051500175 without any action and concurrence from the customer. Croma Customer care center has registered another service request(no. SR19051500152) on 19 May’15 with the assurance to replace the damaged product within 24 hours.


Again, customer service support team has closed the Service request(no. SR19051500152) on 20 May’15 without any action and concurrence from the customer. I have never expected such poor service from Croma retail falling under TATA Flagship. I am making several calls to Croma customer care center(no. 18002583636) and retail store representatives for last 6 days but there is no action taken on customer request for replacement of the damaged product which has caused mental stress/agony to me and my family for last 17 days. I did not come across such a poor customer experience with any other re-tailer/e-tailer in India as of now. Such a poor customer service is eroding customer Loyatly to Tata Croma Retail brand.


I do not recommend anybody to buy home appliances from Tata Croma Store due to pathetic services from their end.
