"Symphony coolers after sale service"

My cooler is Symphony Diet 35i. I had launched a complain on 10th June 2014 through your IVR. A person from symphony service center behala, kolkata  had called me on 12.06.2014 and said that the day after the technician would come to attend the call, but no one turned up to solve the problem.

On 21st June 2014 I had to launch another complaint(Complaint No. KO-SK-21F14005) for which again person from symphony behala service center called me up on 25 June 2014 and said he would send the technician on 26.06.2014 by 11:00 AM

I was waiting at home but no one turned up. When I called up at the number in the evening the same person who picked the call  said that he & the technician had called me many times but I did not pick the call and I should have missed call in my mobile, which is not true because I never got any calls from 08420070511 or any similar number.

When I said that my mobile is always on, this person kept on arguing with me and then connected me with the technician on conference call who said that my phone was coming out of reach and switched off. When I tried to confront the person that his statements did not match with what the technician was saying he said he did not want to talk to me and it was useless to talk to me and disconnected the phone.

The kind of behavior that I received from a service person of such a reputed brand like Symphony has hurt my feelings a lot. I request the management to kindly recruit some other person who is educated and well behaved and can speak to the customer properly. I also request the management to look into the matter urgently as the sale of a company depends a lot on the service provided by the company
