Symphony air Cooler product & service dumps

Symphony air Cooler company totally fake there are all product and service dumps. Because my experience. I have purchased a Symphony cooler Diet 50E from Pune in the month of April 2012. It worked for 1 month and on one day suddenly it stopped working and its totally dead now.


I repeatedly contacted the customer Care Centre, where they asked for complaint details, but they didn’t replied back till now. I haven’t received any complaint no. message to my cell even though I tried calling through 2-3 different cell no’s.


And most important in pune there is no any authorize service center by Symphony.


Also I have sent complete mail to services@symphonycomfort.com but no one from the company replied to me.
