We purchased Symphony HiCool last summer and my overall experience is quite good. The only thing I didn’t like about it that it is a little pricey compared to the usage experience.
The cooling solves the purpose by adding room temperature water but with adding ice / cold water the cooling is obviously good. Have sufficient functions for timer setting, cooling temperature, swing, etc. and it also comes with a remote control which especially helps to operate it while you’re sleeping / in lethargy during night.
The sound is quite low and not very bothersome and you’ll be able to sleep without any trouble.
Comes with warranty. Its not heavy and still the quality is good. It’s also durable as I’ve not come across any issue after using it many times and continuously for long hours.
The filters are good and also have a bacteria filter and solve their purpose of providing fresh air, provided you change the water every day.
All in all, an above average experience.
