This is Sushma.I want to tell about SYMPHONY HICOOL Air cooler.My dad purchased this air cooler in the nearby market.I am using this Air cooler.The design and look of symphony cooler are too good.The weight of the cooler is very lightweight so we can easily move from one room to another room.starting few months the cooling effect is good.suddenly the cooling effect decreasing and taking more water.It getting more sound, this sound irritating me a lot, I can’t sleep with this disturbance of sound.so I made a call to service centre they respond my call and they said that they will come and solve the problem.after 3 days they came to my home and check the problem and changed some parts of cooler.After 1 month again I have faced the same problem.The performance of symphony is not good.
so I suggest don’t buy this air cooler try some other brand.
