I’m not going to review, if it produces more noise, if the colling is not good or if the blower is not enough.
Here I am telling the reliability of the product.
I purchased it from chroma mall last year as salesman recommend it and it was manufactured last year only.
Last year I’ve used it for one month only as I live in Pune and it’s not required for me to use it through out the year.
In this year summer, I opened it again to use it. First started from the remote, Interestingly the remote was working fine and I was happy as the battery is not dead.
Everything was fine I thought, But within 5 minute I found there is only air, No cooling. Further checking, came to know the water Pump is dead. Huh.
Not expected such kind of malfunction from a Branded company like Symphony.
Ya, its just one year and 10 days and warranty is over. when called the customer care, they told it is R.S. 500 for the visit and extra for the spare parts+ GST.
In short: Symphony cooler is not Reliable at all.
