Worst Service

This cooler service guys are the worst - they don’t show up for weeks and then they call saying they will come and never show up. The customer service center is also very very lax - they don’t have any clue of whats happening, and then they call for finding out about the service experience.


Plus they tell other company service people about the problem and these guys who are not part of the Original manufacturer show up and fleece customers - just for showing up, they demand a service fee.


Never buy this company’s product if you want good service.
