This is first time I am writing any product review or rather I am obliged to write for consumer’s sake.Yesterday I brought a symphony jumbo junior and still can’t understand whether I purchased it to sleep comfortably at night or busy myself on a night duty of pouring water to it’s so-called 22ltr. tank. Every time I filled it up it hardly stays 2hr. then the cooling stop(i.e pump stop working) only the fan is functioning.
Though the water indicator is showing that the water level is higher than the half or closer to full but Smphony and the dealer make me a complete fool.The cooling is totally stop withing 1.5 to 2 hr. but the dealer at Ranchi promised that it generally stay for 5 hr.I am asking the mechanical engineer of the symphony team to congratulate the marketing team to sale your ridicule amateurish design in RS. 5000.I am also suggesting all the approaching customer of Symphony Jumbo Jr. to donate rs 5000 to your enemy rather than paying Symphony for this product..
