Never ever buy symphony

I have bought symphony cooler on 26th May & within 2 weeks. My symphony cooler fan broken!! At the time of making coolers don’t you guys check:???? I called your worst customer care & recorded my complain but till now nobody contacted me to change new fan!! Its been more than a week am trying to contact your team! I have contacted dealer also but he is not helping.


You guys claim symphony is the best!! It’s worst!! Resolve my complaint within 2 days!!! Or else i will make a awesome complaint video and viral it across all social media platforms!! Nobody will buy symphony!! If you sell defective coolers!! You have time till Monday EOD!! Or else check my complaint video ads on Facebook!!


Symphony are cheaters||| first you guys sell defective cooler and then ask too much money for changing fan!!! Replace and give a new cooler to your customer!! With a written letter that its a brand new cooler and it wont need any repair for next 1 year!!! Resolve complaint asap!!!! If you guys wont resolve the complaint!!We will viral complaint video soon!!!!! I hope symphony ceo, management will get to see that video soon!!!!


Local coolers are better than symphony coolers!! This brand is looting money from customers and giving defective coolers and then charging too much money for repair..


Symphony customer care is the worst customer care in the world. You have to record each & everything on phone to register your complaint. There is no customer care executive with whom you can speak & check the status of your complaint. There is no guarantee that your complaint will get registered on ivr.


Symphony, your IVR is a joke. You expect people to tell their address and then press *, followed by type of complaint and when we enter the phone number, the number recorded by your system is incorrect. Please rectify this at the earliest or else you will loose customers left right and center. If you can’t manage this, then at least give away your local representatives official numbers online. People shouldn’t suffer in 40+ c for a silly ivr issue.


Worst after sale service. Don’t waste your money buying symphony cooler. Its better buy a.c in emi scheme
