I had symphony jumbo cooler with me from 3 years. It was ok as such in operations. Suddenly its fan blade broken. I enquire from symphony service center about change of blade. They ask me 1685+ 200(service charge) for its repair. They also ask me 500 for its cooling pad change which is mandatory according to them. Its a real hefty amount. I am surprised how a plastic fan blade can cost so much.
I am also surprised how can cooling pad cost so much. I want a clarification from Symphony Company regarding this. Symphony has never mention any support number for consumer grievances which is very essential else symphony will never know suffering of its customers with monopoly and misconduct of authorized service centers.
