Hardly any after sales service

I baught this product during last summer . during demo it was running quite and light weight and easy to handle.


Unfortunately Plastic fan broke after running of four months. I lodged a complaint localy as well as to the manufacturer but parts were not availabe.Fan blade sheared off during second season. If you write to them you dont get the acknoledgement .The season is going to be over and I am still awaiting the fan from the company.


If you try to get the parts from local market they are not available. Its difficult to comment if its really value for money if it fails after running of few months and parts / service not availabe despite of writing to the manufacturer and no reply or acknowledgement from them.


You can not even buy the parts from local market. I think only advantage is its light weight and easy to handle as compared to treditional sheetmetal cooler. Think before you buy.
