Third Class Service

I bought Symphony jumbo last year. after 2 months the wire got sparked and cooler was off. after so many call to service centre, they sent a service boy after 2 weeks. After that incident one day blade was broke. once again they took 2-3 week for listen our problem. they charged Rs. 1375/- for a plastic blade only. and Rs. 200/- for coming.


The performance is okay but the service is very bad. I suggest my friend, not to go with symphony cooler, only due to service issues..
