Hallo friends there is no word for this product. I have been using this product last four year. It is running smoothly. The best advantage of this product is low consumption of water.and second is high quality plastic body and wall. Several air cooler want to change its grass three ar four months but this one is OK. So I am happy with this product. Thanks a lot.
