Customer service and performance of cooler are bad

I bought this cooler 5 months ago suddenly the cooler stopped working. When the cooler stopped cooling I contact to their customer care person. They provided me a symphony customer care no. Which is not at all working so I made several calls to the seller from which I bought this cooler. All of them put me hold for more than 10 minutes then the call automatically cuts. Then I directly approach to Symphony and they sent their team to repair the cooler. Not sufficient cooling effect and water is splitting out and we cannot increase height to get air on bed. Looks wise its super but when it comes to cooling it failed.
