I bought this Air cooler after having a talk with the symphony customer service provider. And the worst thing happened to me, the guys misguided me on buying the product and was told that it would cool satisfactorily my 6’ X 13’ room but cooling was far, it didnt even reduce the heat of my room. Really very dissappointed as they suggested me the wrong information. Later when I consulted a few people, it came to my knowledge that Coolers does not work in the humid weather of Kolkata. So would not suggest anyone to buy a Air Cooler staying in the eastern part of India.
