Unfortunately, MS does not provide for service level reviews, and the product description for my product was not found. So the review title could be misleading - it is about the service level quality AS WELL AS the product.----High level alerts:a. At Goregaon station elec. appliance dealer/retailer *Hema electricals* - never buy any electrical appliance from this shop unless you want to do a one time buy and forget it. very sweet talker, very rude, never keeps his word - has been surviving by fleecing gullible consumers.


Please alert any other consumer who happens to buy from this store. b. about the company - *Symphony - symphonycomfort.com* 1. Approach to customer service after sales is pathetic Company has never provided suitable help in installation of the water heater once you buy it.If at all they have any policy for support installation post sales, then the service personnel are not following it at all. You are at the mercy of their unprofessional service technicians that I have interacted so far  - Mr. Vijay, Mr Patil Their customer care service number at Sion - 02224084848 - is mostly never picked up They were never able to fix the problem at all.


They come, they tinker around, make the product more unsafe than it was built, and after a few months of careful use, you still end up with melted insulation, burnt wiring and unusable product. 2. product rating - the product feature of thermostat catches attention; I believed it should allow me to regularly set the temperature as I need it, but that feature is a white elephant. 3. Service support rating - Zero or even NegativeApparently, due to the above reason where there is no pre-sales/after sales support in explaining the product features, this feature of thermostat is nothing but an eye wash. The thermostat setting is just not explained/used properly The Goregaon side servicing is in the hands of Mr. Vijay -the most disgruntled disrespectful uncooperative service person I have ever come across.  Every time he took my call to ask him to come and service my water heater, he has given some or the other excuse - in the last 15 days since the heater stoped working - and has cut my call with impunity that would make one report him to authorities.He seems to be the only service person given the contract for the western side and hence carries a very pricy attitude and very very uncooperative in resolving issues. Even his sales/service incharge Mr. Jani seems to be unable to get him to attend to customer service complaints. This is the second time I have had to call him to attend to the same instant heater.The first time when I bought the heater, Hema electricals sent some technician to get the heater installed indicating that the technician was a company appointed guy.  Turned out he was just some technician who had installed the heater earlier.This technician’s installation failed badly. The heater short circuited within 3 days of used.  Then I was asked to contact some other service center landline. This person never turned up. The third person I Was asked to contact was Mr. Vijay. He took his sweet time to come and install the heater. And that too, he treated my hall as his service center. Without taking any permission, he pulled the sofa towards the wall where the socket was located and plopped with all his gear on the sofa. It was a very dissatisfying experience.Now I have to call him again to fix my heater but he is being the most unapproachable character.I got in touch with the sales incharge Mr. Jani also regd. this after not getting any suitable response from Mr. Vijay.  Mr. Jani suggested he will try to help but has not been able to do so yet.I will be highlighting this in a written complaint to the company but for all MS audience to be alert about. I wrote a complaint letter to their quality dept in Ahmedabad, and got no reply.  Then I called up their Ahmedabad number to speak to the quality head, he began to accuse me of not letting the technician come at the time convenient to him.  So in short, the customer’s convenience is of no importance to them, but their own technicians’ convenience. Imagine what kind of customers this company is servicing. He came before diwali to check the system and said the parts will not be available till after Diwali. No news since then. If they expect customers to keep calling, then whats the use of such service team and product. Do not purchase any of these products. I am looking for better quality water heater now.
