Symphony sumo air cooler is good but not very good when room is big and heat is radiating at its peak . My experience with this cooler can be well explained as, when first I purchased this cooler it worked well but as temperature start increasing this cooler fail to keep my room cool as it is small in side, next thing is that as time passes its swing start making noise and I feel little dis comfortable with that . In one sense I can say that it is not totally bad one but is suitable for office desk where there is scope of less rise in temperature, as in my case I am not fully satisfied with it as its size is not fit to my room and it fail to provide me service as expected .
After one year what happened was it stopped working completely and I thought I made a big mistake by purchasing this thing not because of its performance but because of its poor services and support, I was unable to get its fault fixed till now and I feel I wasted my money on this product, In nutshell I can say I an not satisfied with this air cooler in all respects.
