I would say the cooler is good and powerful. But have few quality issues like low pastic quality and pump motor is not so relaiable.I had to change mine twice in anspan of 2 years. I don’t have a touch model though. But their service is good and spare parts are not too costly. Cooling is perfect and you don’t require to many windows in the room for this cooler. I would say value for money
