Dear readers, This is a saga from a Symphony End user of product. Symphony Touch 35 35-Litre Air Cooler has been purchased on 10th June 2017. Since then there is regular breakdown of the parts. Two mechanics visited twice and changed motors of swing and fan(motor). Even after change of the motor assemblies, the problem in the cooler continues. The cooler is making pathetic noise and swing is also not working 3rd time within 2 months of purchase. We complained so many times to company and the company people do not bother at all to resolve the grievance. I have also advised the company to refund my money for the defective product did not meet my expectations. After paying huge amount more than 16000, we are made to suffer by the Symphony team. Buyers, please identify the genuine reviews of customers. There are some employees of the company who try to praise regarding Symphony within this forum so as to hide the genuine grievances of the company. Please be careful to their false comments and consider same just as a marketing gimmick.
