I purchased my Symphony Window 70XL cooler on 10th April. Since then the cooler is not working. The guy who came to install it didn’t listen to our request & installed it inappropriately. It now covers just half the window. Also the fan of the cooler is not working since the installation. The service guy told that he will revert back to fix the issue, but it has been 2 weeks & my new cooler is still not working.
This is extremely pathetic service from symphony. I will not recommend anyone to buy symphony.
