I bought this symphony winter in a month of June this year and I m not satisfied with the product quality as its not cooling our room and its totally wastage of money as I have invest 12800 in it. I m using jumbo model also but as comparison to winter I jumbo is far better than winter I and when I complained the engineer says nothing can happen it works in this way only customer service is also very bad . U can get other brands in the same price So its a request if u are planning to buy this So please don’t waste ur money and look for other brand .
