I bought this cooler 4 to 5 yrs back . Cooling pads need to be replaced, but getting no response from the company. They say they have stopped the production of this cooler so the parts are not available.In spite of complaining 4 to 5 times no solution has been provided. No proper service center is available for the same. Really fed up with this company.
