Symphony Winter Totally Worst & Pathethic Service.

I have a Symphony Winter 2009 Model Recently Water Pump went faulty .Raised the Complaint Request BL-SL-17D16040 on 17th April 2016 in their Website.


Had Clearly requested him calling him many times to come on Saturday as week days we would be working .Neither the Technician called up or Turned up on Saturday


Inspite of requesting him I am ready to pay the quoted amount as its out of warranty.


This is the state of Symphony Service Aircooler Pathethic & worst of worst terrible what else words I can use.


Their Service Manager Bangalore Dilip Nagraj mobile is  switched off always and not reachable.Each time Customer care promises call back by senior person and no one calls back.


They are fooling customers and taking them for a ride.Their feedback form in their website does not work at all giving server error.(Screen SHot)


Thinking of taking this crap aircooler and throw outside the house.


We can’t even Give the Service Complaint once again .It throws an Message Previous Complaint is Still in Progress(Screen SHot)


I would here by make a sincere request to all of you Please buy other Aircooler Products whose After sales service is good.


Once Symphony  Aircoolers Sales comes down  then only  they will realise the true value of customer.
