Well Today I am going to share my experience with symphony winter cooler this was the most kaabad cooler I ever saw.
I brought this cooler in May 2016 and after one month cooler water pump creating problem so I call service center number it was difficult task to call symphony customer care any ways I called them and registered my complain.
After 3 days engineer visit to my house and told me that your water pump is not working they will change it because it come with 1 year Warrenty he changed my water pump
After few days again now fan blade get broken this Time again I had call service center and follow all instructions this time they charge me 350 rs for fan Blade.
After few months again swing moter is not working and this time they repair told me that it come in Warrenty.
With in 6 month I registered more then 5 complain for different issue.
Plastic quality is too bad that my water tank of cooler started broken from many places because it was open many time for internal repairing.
Grass of cooler is not good and you never feel that it gives you proper air.
