Little bit disappointed but overall good service.I will tell you my whole experience so that you can understand easily.
I have one plus 7 mobile and I have done insurance from syncnscan for it. They charge me around 2600rs.After two months my mobile unfortunately fall and broken the screen. So, I have claimed for it. At the time of get insurance, they have not tell me full and proper information and I have not also read the terms and condition in webside. So, please read full information in terms and conditions page, afterthat do insurance.
They give me a form to fill and told me to send the pictures also of mobile. I did, as they said. Then they said me to send an estimation letter by authorized service centre. But, authorized service centre of my mobile is not in my current city, that is 140km far away from my city. So, I told them about the concerned that, For estimation letter, I have to go that city and for this, around 700-800 rs cost for travel. After that I talked in authorized service centre how much it cost. They said me 9415 rs I have to pay for change the screen and it’s also in the website of one plus. So, I take its printout of repair cost from website and send it to claim department. But they deny it and told me that they talked to customer care service of one plus and 12000 cost they charged for its repair. So, your mobile comes under full damage protection. So, I have to send my mobile to them and they don’t send me back. And for compansation, they give me 5000rs only.
That time, I think they still my money, but I continuesly called them 2-3 days. After 2 days they asked me that first give us estimation letter by authorized service center with stamp. That time I lost my hope, but anyhow, I went to service center, and get estimation letter and then send them. After that, they told me wait for approval, after that repair it. It took 7 days. Then, they asked me to repair. Then, I repaired it and send the bill to them. It’s 9415 rs. Then, they told me to send the damage parts to them. I do, as they said. After one day of receive the parts, they give me 6900 rs. Then I asked to them why you give me this less amount. They replied by deduction of get they cut 1000 rs and they give me 6900 rs. So, my total cost for repair including insurance 2600+(9415-6900)+800=5915rs. Total benifit= 9415-5915=3500rs. And It took 24 days to claim return and around 18 days to repair my mobile due to them. Now, you can easily decide before purchase the insurance.
