Hello friends, I am Dipu . I opened a passbook in Syndicate bank before 1 Year . It’s phone banking service is not too good and also not too bad . In my case I thought that it’s customer service is good . Because in many banks I face that when I want to do a DD of price less than RS 10, they refuse to do that . But in Syndicate bank there is no such problems . As much as I seen it’s ATM availability is good .I get money maximum time in it . Internet banking is not so good . It’s app have some problem within it . I see it’s 2 -3 branches and all of it’s have advance machines like you can print your passbook on your own, can deposit money on your own . All the machines you can get in it’s branches . Again it’s customer service approach is very good in my case, honestly . Their behavior towards customer is very good .
