My bad. These guys are happily committing fraud in broad day light. I paid them advance in Dec 30, 2015, they have explained all the clauses in their bloody agreement. That’s it. Even after following up with them for umpteen times, they have not arranged any driver. As I realised that they can’t get a driver, I asked for agreement cancellation on 7th Jan, 2016. As per their instructions I had sent out a mail asking for the same. But they never returned my money. Literally I made nearly 100 calls, 26 mails and made 4 visits to their office in the span of 3 months. Their staff is very incapable. They don’t know how to treat customers. They will never honour any of their commitments. Please abstain from availing their service at any cost. Else you have run behind them asking them to return your advance.
Note: After looking at several such complaints on these people in this vey forum, I did not care and went ahead and sought their service. One more thing, whatever the positive Google reviews or here are posted by their bloody staff itself.
