Very bad experience. I got a driver who knew nothing about Bangalore routes even though he was born and brought up in Bangalore. He worked properly for 3 weeks and then started absconding, I had to call to find out if he is coming on that day. Later he started to ignore my calls and I has to call Syndicate drivers for the same. After a month he disappeared and also took Rs.3000 from me. Every time I call the office they say that they will give me a new driver. I had taken the service for 2 months by paying in full initially. So I have lost 1 months money and looks like this is how they work.
So if anyone wants to deal with them, Please be careful, they do not have any drivers on their rolls, all of them are hired temporarily and the driver has to pay 1000 to the company from their salary. They have absolutely no control over the drivers. Being a cheap service do not expect to get people who knows to drive a car properly.
