Negative: Tones to pen, a few important things to consider are
Their MPM(Most Preferred Member) program is a lie - No personal manager was assigned to me as per the contract. When I called the manager number given to me, random people used to pick up the phone and tell stories that someone will call me back and I keep waiting for hours together for that someone to call me
Alternative driver if regular driver goes on vacation - Not even once I was successful in getting the alternative driver on time, on top if it they ll make your life hell chasing them.
Inexperienced Drivers - As per the contract the drivers must be 3 -5 years exp, but in reality none of them had any good experience to count on. Most of them had their DL done a year or 6 months back and waiting for an opportunity to practice on someone’s car before they buy a cab and run it for Ola or uber
Background verification of drivers not done - As per the contract all the drivers working with Syndicate must pass the BG verification checks including the police verification, but I found that none of them came with such verification documents to me. Unless you insist Syndicate Drivers company people does not even provide address proof and DL copy, work assignment letter etc.
No Support & Help: One you sign up and pay the membership charges, you are locked, no one will lift your call if your number is noted, even if you call from unknown number, it is unlikely that your call will be picked up next time.
Unprofessional & unorganized functioning - You call a manager or a specific point of contact, u ll find different people using the same number and u may not be able to reach the right person anytime. Till date I am clueless who owns this company, who is the in charge of this Bangalore branch. Is it Hari? Rakesh or someone else? God knows.
Finally I would say think twice if u r really planning to consider Syndicate as an option for all your driver needs
