Synechron is a fraud company, they trap the job seekers by offering higher salary than the standard, so that the job seeker accept the offer and resign from the current organisation and is ready to join their company. One needs to understand why they offer higher package compared to other service based companies. Synechron has nearly zero internal projects and no ODC for the employees to work and they just deploy the employee to the customer site and when the employee come on bench they just fire them before even trying to get them placed in other projects, because they don’t have projects. They have very few clients so what they do is when they think there will be a possible client requirement in near future they try to hire employees by conducting fake interviews and then sending fake job offers and when your joining is close and if there is no such requirement for what they have hired they simply deny the on-boarding. Now can you imagine what would happen to the job seeker? they have already resigned and they might not have any other offer in-hand. Companies like Synechron needs to be reported by masses so that they don’t abuse the labor rights and don’t consider job seekers as trash. All the positive reviews are either by the HR/management or forced by the HR onto their existing employees. Please check the negative reviews and think.
No one in their right state of mind should join a company like Synechron, they have a very bad reputation in the market just ask any former employee of Synechron or someone who has experience in dealing with these jokers.
Even in the worst case if you had to join this crap company then make sure you have cleared client interview at least. They may give any false promises for onsite opportunity but just think how can a company provide onsite opportunity with such less clients. These are all dirty tactics to trap the job seeker.
