Beware of some of the crooks in synechron

I finally resigned from this company after going through hell with managers. Every knows some of the crooks in Synechron, along with that there are some more worse.


My bad luck to work with terror Bhawani Nanda who is famous for torturing people-




  • People have to bring food and sweets to him. - if you dint finish work on time or little you have to buy pizza or samosa.




  • Does not have any manners to talk to girl. He scolds with stupid examples for small things.




  • Tells all team member that he has control to fire and he can save people.




  • He tells his reach is very high and that he knows 3 directors in his hand and they listen to him.




  • He does not like NO as answer. He will tell jao jao, kidhaar jaaoge, hamhaare haath me aaoge.






One more terror is amitchilka.trainees hate him. He is always right. He is the best marathon runner and athletic and everybody had to praise him. He tells trainees that he can fire anybody without asking anyone.


there are PMs who make you work on weekends and no choice and you have to work very late without request. The project is planned badly and it is the stupid manager mistake and you have to work late only good thing in company is technology and everybody are very technical strong and some managers are motivating. They have seminars, training, competitions, which are all very good and the salary and hike is not bad.


I am free now and if u join Synechron be careful to be away from this guys.
