I am previliged to write the review of this bullshit organization. These people are not matured at all. They have lot of unnecessary people issues that can kill the productivity of any techie instantly. Their directors are no more than scavangers in their moral values. Surprise to see they encourage people issues so that their seat is safe. The first company who says "no room for politics" but is "full of politics". Their CEO is a dumb guy as compared to other companies leadership. Projects are average in the sense they work on old legacy technologies where the rest of the world has gone very far. These people charge you for not following the dress code. What the hell. Am I going to interact with client daily? And who cares? Our client themselves are very informal & casual. They want brains not well dressed bodies and that is the reason this company has lot of attrition rate either due to loss of project or loss of employee. I wear sports shoes in my new company.
