Syn - A Managers Compnay

I am working in Synechron since last 5+ year.once thing I can confirm its a Manager only company whether it’s onshore or offshore. Managers are 100 miles far from Management, Technology or business knowledge. People are working here 10-11 hr daily including weekend and get 10-14%(or 3-5% onshore) increment but if you have good relation with any manager then you can get till 40-80%. :)
