Career growth opportunities - the company was experiencing fast growth a few years ago and so it offers some good career growth opportunities. During my term in the company, I worked in around 3 different projects, which provided me good exposure and allowed me to add more value to my profile.
Appearance - the company’s kharadi office where I worked was not as good in appearance as other IT company offices. It had a typical government center look which it was. But the new location at Hinjewadi is far better with more polished appearance. However, the location is quite way out in the phase 2 of the IT parks, making travelling even by company cab or bus a long and tiring process.
Pay package - One of the main plus points of the company, I can say that Synechron scores more than most of the other IT companies. Having worked in around 3 different IT companies, some of which were small wehreas others were big ones. Also compared to my friends in other companies, salary here seems much higher even at middle levels.
Work environment - This company lays a lot of stress on promoting a fun work culture. Quarterly parties are a common agenda and apart from that festivals are also celebrated nicely.
