I am 16 and have been using this product for quite some time now. I have normal to dry skin and this face wash has suited me best. It is so gentle, I can use it 3 to 4 times a day and still not feel dry. I do use a scrub once in a weak, otherwise, this facewash takes care of my basic skin care. I have tried many others, but either they are too oily, or too dry. The best thing to do is to consult your dermatologist before you try this one. I am sure he will be able to direct you to the right one for your skin. Normal skin types can easily try out this one.
